Summer is here, which means cough and cold season is finally over! Right?

But wait.  Do you still have some cough syrup leftover?  If so, then we are here to help. We wanted to share with you some great ideas on what to do with your leftover Maty’s Organic Cough Syrup. 

Who doesn’t love a good smoothie in the summer? Not only are they a refreshing way to cool down in the heat, but they are a delicious way to sneak in those fruits and veggies. But why stop there when you can add some more immune support ingredients to your smoothie. 

Simply replace the honey in your smoothie with one of Maty’s Cough Syrups to get extra IMMUNE SUPPORT all summer long. It is that easy.  

And to help inspire you, we’ve listed three of our favorite smoothie recipes that are easy to make, delicious and are so healthy for you!


Very Berry Antioxidant Smoothie

  • 2 tbsp of Maty’s Cough Syrup
  • 1 banana
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ½ cup strawberries
  • ½ cup raspberries
  • ½ cup blackberries
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • ½ cup kale


Peanut Butter Banana Protein Blast Smoothie

  • 2 tbsp of Maty’s Cough Syrup
  • 1 large banana
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • ¼ cup of smooth peanut butter
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • optional for chocolate lovers: 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder

Tropical Digestion Smoothie

  • 2 tbsp of Maty’s Cough Syrup
  • ½ cup coconut water
  • One slice of fresh ginger
  • 1 cup of pineapple 
  • ½ cup mango 
  • 1 cup plain greek yogurt 


But Wait There’s More!
