How To Claim The Guarantee
To submit a Guarantee request, please contact our customer care professionals through our website, via email (firstname.lastname@example.org), or by phone (888-900-MATY) to provide information regarding where and when you purchased your product and the reasons why you were dissatisfied with the product. In order to process your refund, Maty’s will request information about the retailer from whom you purchased the product and the date purchased.
You must submit your Guarantee request within 90 days of the date of purchase.
Maty’s reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny Guarantee requests at its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or where Maty’s concludes that the consumer has abused the Guarantee. Maty’s may amend or terminate the 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee policy at any time without notice.
